At Ernest Doe Online Country Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the goods are in a resaleable condition and include your completed return form.

  Ship the Goods

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
